30-day returns policy

We understand that buying online comes with a certain element of risk and you don’t always know exactly what the product will be like until you are holding it in your hands. That’s why we offer a Satisfied Guarantee. This means you have 30 days to return any item that you are not 100% happy with. The return must be made within 30 days of purchase, and you are responsible for return shipping charges. We’ll take care of the details of safely getting the cowhide rug back to our returns center and properly crediting your account. If your order is defective or damaged upon delivery, this charge will be waived.

Returns are subject to the following conditions

• All returns are subject to the prior authorization of Upcycle Refinery, at its sole discretion.
• To obtain authorization, Buyer must contact us to request a returned merchandise authorization (RMA). Upcycle Refinery will e-mail Buyer a RMA for items approved for return. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and no credit issued.
• All authorized returned goods must be shipped Freight prepaid to the location indicated in the RMA e-mail.

Notes on returns

• Do not fold, tape, or nail any surface of the item or rug that is to be returned.
• The returned item must be in new condition, if it is damaged or soiled it will be refused.
• We recommend you insure your return shipment with the carrier selected for full purchase price to protect against loss or damage in transit.
• Custom orders and closeouts are not returnable under any circumstances.
• No returns will be accepted after the 30-day return window.

Return procedure

• Fill out the contact form to receive a return merchandise authorization. Please allow 1-2 business days for it to process.
• Use a tractable carrier of your choice (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to ship the item to our warehouse. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges.
• Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.

Credit will be issued for all authorized returns

• The products have been shipped and billed to Buyer by and Buyer has paid for said products.
• Proper authorization has been obtained prior to return of products.
• Products are in their original packaging.

Cancellation policy

• If you cancel your order before it ships, there will be no charges. Once the order has shipped, however, it is treated as a completed order and must be handled as a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
• This policy does not apply for custom orders.
