Border Cowhide Rug

A dramatic, hand-tiled look takes over the aesthetic of this striking area rug. Incorporated into its animal hide rug is an abysmal black hue that serves as the backdrop for a number of textures and patterns. Along the edge of the patchwork cowhide rug are repeating diamond shapes that feature the same patterning found in the middle, making it appear as if these shapes were cut from the center of the cloth into parallelograms. Inside, a pattern of small squares in an array of tans, gray-blues and off-white colors repeat to make up the entire middle of this rug, its shape contrasting nicely with that of the diamonds.
